Virtual Forest Bathing is a modern-day approach to the practice while allowing you to receive the benefits from the comfort of your home, with the unique addition of connecting with kindred spirits from around the country. Virtual Forest Bathing is not meant to replace the in-person experience! You are encouraged to find local guides in your area, as certain elements of the experience simply are not the same. A virtual experience is a lovely mindful practice for anyone, and it helps foster the unique perspective of connecting to your own personal nature found in your backyard.
